Architectural Services

At Westwind Oak we can offer a range of architectural services in-house but we are also happy to work with architects/designers that have already been commissioned by our clients. Our architectural services include:-

• Initial design consultation
• Recommending associate architects who have experience in the oak framing and planning process
• Guiding clients through the planning process
• Producing framing drawings from in-house and external architects/designers
• Producing full sets of building regulation drawings which comply with all new regulations
• Producing construction details for the whole building
• Liasing with third party engineers and obtaining building control approval
